About Me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to storytelling. There’s something about it that sparks my imagination and pulls me into the magic of words and the worlds they create. It’s no surprise that over time, that love became a passion for writing, and eventually led me to help others share their own stories, too, including at times, my own.

I believe in the power of stories to inform, stir emotion, and help people feel seen. For nearly a decade, I’ve used that power to write about culture, beauty, love, and relationships; to help mission-driven organizations craft impactful messages; to profile leaders, business owners, and community heroes; and to highlight the ways everyday people navigate extraordinary circumstances.

Whether I’m interviewing someone for a piece, curating a newsletter, or writing a personal essay, I approach every story with empathy, curiosity, and care. To me, writing is more than reporting—it’s about educating, honoring, and connecting.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me being a supportive partner and devoted mom, doing step aerobics, baking muffins, watching reality TV, and learning how to crochet blankets, sweaters, hats, and scarves.
